Few weeks back Apple introduced the iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5 Which had a feature called App tracking Transparency, which asks you if you want to share your Activity details or not, whenever certain Apps asks for permissions. So this means you can disable it and less likely to be watched by others, or you can enable it and share your activity to further help Apps to find appropriate ads for you…

So how much people do you think have said yes to it? About 4% so only 4 out of 100 users in US said that we are okay with the app tracking, so kind of not so good news for advertising platforms. And Sites like facebook and Insta make money with this so how much I don’t know how much good it’ll do to the users, but can clearly see its gonna do severe impact on facebook advertising.

Rest of 96% users probably care about their personal data, so its great that Apple introduced this feature, and yes it’ll benefit users, as no one like watching over them secretly. And still I think that the 4% people responded yes will be over aged users or under aged users….

Will this feature come in future Android, No! that’s because, Google doesn’t want to loose its user data, as the user data again provides its users more accurate ads.

So how comfortable are you with App tracking you?…
